The doctor is into aging well
Chasing Life is the podcast in which CNN’s longtime chief medical correspondent talks about the aging process. Now, he’s sharing the most simple things he’s learned about getting older, which he’s presented as words of wisdom to his younger self:
Talk to people when they’re older—especially if they’re in great health, in order to get a more optimistic depiction of aging
Have a more positive view on aging, because those who hold one are proven to live an average 7.5 years longer, while negative age stereotypes are linked to cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s
Take good care of your body through physical practices that it’s never too late to adopt

When Priscilla met Sofia
“I thought it was just going to be a fun adventure, and I was surprised by how relatable her story was,” says the director of the upcoming Priscilla movie about its source material, the 1985 memoir Elvis and Me. Sofia Coppola found common ground with Priscilla Presley due to experiences of being adjacent to celebrity, although the second-generation filmmaker also needs to deal with typical teen behavior at home.
